Anti-Aging Foods


Anti-aging (regeneration) foods are easily available and can actually work if you do maintain your diet. Proteins and carbohydrates are acid producing foods when it is digested. So, you need to take alkali foods as vegetables and fruits to neutralize an acid. Raw is always great. If you want to maintain ageless, like Edward of Twilight (played by my fav, actor Robert Pattinson) then you should absolutely make these foods part of your diet!
The 3 main anti-aging foods are:

Carrots : Carrots provide you minerals, vitamins, and antioxidants. They help to reduce wrinkles and protect your skin from sun damage.
Berries : Berries provide you antioxidants and fights with free radicals who are damaging your cells.
Broccoli : To get the great minerals, vitamins and nutrients take broccoli juice with orange juice.
